• you have an active breakout of herpes or any other viruses

Every Wednesday I hold my sessions at Luca Sauna & Ice baths in Amsterdam Oost, where you can also book a sauna with ice bath before your session!

Luca offers a serene escape, where our tranquil salon ambiance meets the vibrant energy of a welcoming community. Nestled along the waterside, the space is designed to rejuvenate the senses with soft lighting, calming sense and soothing music. Come visit!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

To ensure you get the most out of your SoulGlow experience, please keep the following in mind:

Session Duration

• Each treatment typically lasts one hour
• Sessions may extend longer if needed for optimal results

Preparation

1. Makeup: Arrive with minimal or no makeup for maximum effectiveness. A clean face allows for more massage time.
2. Oral Hygiene: Come with a clean mouth or feel free to bring a toothbrush to freshen up before the buccal massage.
3. Hair: Be aware that your hair may become slightly oily during the treatment.
